Fred planted a church that he led for 15 years before stepping away due to cancer treatments in 2012. He is an author of “Fred Talk: Inspiration and Truth from a Friend” sharing his story overcoming cancer, depression and a career change all in the same year. He is a serial entrepreneur who owns multiple businesses, including a painting business that generated $2MM in revenue, and is a speaker and consultant.
He is the Director of Incubation at Flagship Enterprise Center leading a coaching and conferencing program for business owners.
Fred also coaches high school football, and serves his local church. He's been married to Dyan since 1992 and has three grown children and 3 grandchildren. He lives near Indianapolis, Indiana. He is also a die-hard Ohio State Buckeye fan!
Kirby Gilliam, a board-certified music therapist, is the founder of PlainSong Music Services in Anderson. Established in 2016, PlainSong offers Board Certified Music Therapy, private studio lessons, and public speaking for organizations looking to advocate or learn about music therapy.
Born and raised in Anderson, Kirby decided to become a board-certified music therapist after working as a music educator in the public school system. Kirby saw the power of music in addressing non-musical needs of her students and believed her community needed this service.
Kirby started PlainSong as a way to serve her community through music. Kirby works with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, geriatrics, dementia patients, mental health patients, and more. When Kirby is not working, she enjoys spending her free time with her husband Steven, children Eliza and Henry, and her two dogs, Dexter and Dinah.
Jean is the CEO, founder, and chief performance officer of E Cubed Performance, LLC, a leadership training, and development company.
She is an international transformation coach who has worked with more than 400 small business owners in the US, London, and Africa to help them scale their companies and organizations.
She is certified as an AI Prompt Engineer after completing 48 hours of coursework provided by Blaizing Academy of Indianapolis. Jean has been instrumental in building the ecosystem to support women- and minority-owned businesses across Indiana. She is also certified with the city of Indianapolis as a Minority- and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise and as an SBA WOSB, eligible for federal government contracting. Her specialty areas are re-Imagined workplaces, inclusive cultures, and remote and hybrid teams training.
In addition, she has worked with numerous organizations to support emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and overall workplace wellness. She co-founded her first leadership training company in 1998, where Jean and her team designed and delivered training programs and retreats via live and virtual workshops globally for 10 years. She has 20 years of experience in executive sales, market development, and leadership training roles for three of the top 10 pharmaceutical firms and the top market research firm in the world.
She brings another 5 years of owning a multi-year, award-winning insurance agency. Her teams led the state in retirement planning, life insurance, and bank and financial service products. Jean is comfortable and effective working with all levels of individuals and leaders as a result of her long and varied background working with the dynamics of human behavior.
Nash Haywood is a seasoned B2B SaaS marketing leader with 15+ years of experience driving growth, digital, and demand generation strategy at top-performing companies like Cloudflare, Gong, Genesys, and ESET.
David Inman is a sales leader, entrepreneur, and growth architect known for turning early-stage chaos into scalable revenue engines.
As VP of Sales at Kennected, he scaled the team from 7 to 76 top producers and drove 300%+ YoY revenue growth, earning the company back-to-back Inc. 5000 awards and a spot at #438 fastest-growing company in America before its successful exit in 2023.
Post-exit, David became a founding partner for SalesAi, where he led GTM and sales execution as VP of Sales.
