Flagship Business Accelerator
In October of 2010, the Flagship Enterprise Center dedicated the new Flagship Business Accelerator within the Flagship Business Park. Built in partnership with the Economic Development Administration and the City of Anderson, the Flagship Business Accelerator represents the fifth facility within the management portfolio of the Flagship Enterprise Center.
Green Technology
Although the Accelerator is in the midst of the LEED Certification process, the 80,000 square foot facility features one of the largest passive solar panels in the United States.
Green Manufacturing Space
The Flagship is seeking startup and emerging clean technology companies to utilize the space. The space offers 32 feet of “clear span” for storage, light manufacturing, and prototyping. This facility has been constructed to accommodate additional office space as needed by accelerator tenants.
