District of Indiana, presented the Flagship with a
certificate of appreciation on
behalf of the United States
Department of Commerce. In
addition, Indiana State

re-certification of the Flagship
Enterprise Center by the Indiana

“The
clients of the Flagship
Enterprise Center continue to
realize many successes,” said
Charles Staley, president and
CEO of the Flagship Enterprise
Center. “One of the best
successes we can celebrate is a
new member, like Great Deals
Magazine, becoming a part of the
family.”
In
addition to the certificate
presentation, Pence and Smith
particiapted in the Great
Deals Magazine ribbon cutting
ceremonies. “We’ve been in
business since 1993, but because
of the franchising of Great
Deals nationally, the expansion
necessitated the move to a
centralized office. We do
business all over Indiana, with
a lot of our business coming out
of Indianapolis which makes the
Flagship a centrally located
facility for our needs,” said
Jim Mougeotte, owner and founder
of Great Deals Magazine. “That
combined with the professional
services made this move the
logical choice.”
When
Great Deals Magazine Owner Jim
Mougeotte graduated from Ball
State University, he dreamed of
owning his own radio station.
After working in radio for
nearly 15 years, Mougeotte left
the industry and started Great
Deals Magazine in Muncie, Ind.
Today it has grown to be one of
the largest direct mail coupon
magazines in the Midwest
boasting over 5.5 million
mailings annually. With their
move to the Flagship, Great
Deals Magazine has begun the
process of franchising their
magazine nationally. For more
