James F. Ault

James Ault is currently serving as chairman on the Flagship Enterprise Center board of directors. Jim comes from a strong background in Engineering as he served in various companies with positions including: Director of Engineering, Division General Manager, Chairman, and many other positions. Community service has been a priority to Jim as he organized and started the Boys & Girls club in Saginaw, MI, served on the Madison County Community Foundation Board, chaired the restoration fundraising committee for the Paramount Heritage Foundation Board, Co-chaired the Anderson Fine Arts Center, and served on the board for the Wilson’s Boys and Girls club.
Tim Lanane
Vice Chairman and Indiana State Senator, District 25
Tim Lanane services the Flagship Enterprise Center board of directors as vice chairman. A thoughtful, articulate and dynamic leader, State Senator Tim Lanane has proven to be a tireless advocate on behalf of Indiana’s families. Appointed to the Senate in 1997, and elected to a full term in 1998, Lanane was elected to serve as the Assistant Democrat Leadership by the Senate Democrat Caucus in 2008. In addition to leadership duties, he serves as ranking Democrat on the Senate’s Judiciary Committee and is a member of the Rules and Legislative Procedure; Joint Rules; Corrections, Criminal and Civil Matters; Local Government; and Elections standing committees as well as the Courts and Juvenile Justice and Corrections and Criminal Subcommittees. A practicing attorney, Lanane earned his undergraduate degree from Ball State University and his law degree from Indiana University. Lanane and his wife Cynthia have three children and live in Anderson.
Sena K. Landey
Vice President for Finance and Treasurer of Anderson University
Sena Landey, VP of Finance and Treasurer of Anderson University, serves as treasurer for the Flagship Enterprise Center board of directors. Sena has served in finance at the Anderson University since 1975 and was appointed Vice President for Finance and Treasurer in July 1997. As treasurer she has had extensive experience in budget development, linking budgeting to planning, cash and investment management, and debt procurement. Sena earned her baccalaureate degree in Accounting and Business Administration as well as a Master of Business Administration from Anderson University. She teaches accounting at the university MBA program on a part-time basis. Sena is very active in finance and governance in the community, serving as president of the Liberty Christian School board, secretary of the Orangehaus Inc. board, a member of the SIFE Advisory Committee, president of the Community Home Health Services board, a member of the Flagship Enterprise Center finance committee, a member of the Independent Colleges of Indiana audit committee, and secretary of the National Association of College and University Business Officers. Sena and her husband, Arlan, have two children both attending Anderson University.
Dr. Terry C. Truitt
Professor of Finance and Dean of the Falls School of Business
Dr. Terry Truitt currently services as Secretary for the Flagship Enterprise Center board of directors. Terry provides visionary leadership for the Falls School of Business at Anderson University. Through his tenure as a faculty member, MBA director, and in his current position as dean, Dr. Truitt has helped Anderson University serve as a good neighbor to the greater central Indiana region. In addition to the development of strong academic programs, Dr. Truitt has worked to create venues whereby students, business leaders, and government officials can work together on common concerns.
