Eddie Rivers
President/CEO

Eddie Rivers began his career after graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point and later obtaining his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. Following Airborne School and Infantry Officer’s basic training, he was injured at Army Ranger School and after 5 years active duty left the military as a Captain & Disabled American Veteran. He turned his attention to IBM where he was one of the leading sales representatives for IBM in the nation. Eddie left IBM and led regional & national IT services sales for two IBM resellers, Comsi of Indiana and Real Industry Solutions Group. Eddie became adept at calling on CEOs, CIOs, CFOs and Procurement Directors by articulating clear visions of solutions to their strategic and tactical problems. His next career move was as an entrepreneur founding Esource Consulting which led to Eddie becoming Founder and CEO of Esource Resources, an IT and Diversity solutions provider for major firms such as Eli Lilly, Cummins and the State of Indiana.

Eddie has been a community leader in helping youth and non-profit organizations improve people’s lives. Comfortable calling on Board Rooms, as well as being a leader in them, he is CEO of Kid’s Voice and The Children’s Law Center of Indiana. Eddie serves and has served on the Board of Directors of the Easter Seals Crossroads, the Police Athletic League, and the Colts Horseshoe Club and was past President and current Board member of the Speedway Exchange Club. Working with Indiana basketball legend George McGinnis, he assisted in developing a mentoring program for the new Indianapolis Colts players. Eddie is also a Eucharistic Minister and Usher for Holy Spirit @ Geist Catholic Church.


Cody Rivers
Vice President of IT
Although B. Cody Rivers is currently majoring in Computer Engineering at Purdue University, he also serves as the Vice President of IT for Esource Resources and Rivers' Resources. It is Cody’s desire to simultaneously earn his BS in Engineering while working to maximize the technology and IT expertise at our organization. Upon completion of the Bachelor of Science degree, Cody also plans on obtaining his Masters’ degree in Business.

A graduate of Hamilton Southeastern High School, Cody has been a long-term intern or employee of the family businesses. Blessed with innate IT talent, he has honed his skills while supporting many clients and assisting in our house operations for the past 3 years. It should be noted that Cody co-designed the website for Jen Rivers’ Turning Pointe Academy of Dance (www.TurningPointeAcademyofDance.com) . In addition to his IT background, Cody also has sales and marketing skills from his outstanding quota attainment at Atillios from May of 2004 to June of 2005..
