P-MODULAR, LLC

Steven C. and Linda M. Painter are the founders of P-Modular, LLC. Since its conception in 2001, the Company, primarily, has been operating as a research and development facility to build and deliver manufactured garages. P-Modular’s facility for designing and manufacturing one, two and three car garages is located near Pendleton, Indiana.

After Comprehensive research, we at P-Modular have found the modular home manufacturers, tract developers for manufactured housing and manufactured housing retailers and private homeowners encounter a great deal of difficulty and even frustration in finding a contractor that will build (on-site) a garage in a time-frame that complies with the customer’s needs. We have developed a manufacturing process in our plant to meet the demands of the customers. Because all of our building process is under roof and in a controlled environment, weather conditions are a non-issue. We have talked with tract developers for manufactured housing and manufactured housing retailers at various trade shows and they have given us excellent reviews. We believe we are the only business that has the capability to deliver a building without a floor in it, fully assembled, ready to use, and install it on a properly prepared site. After doing comprehensive research, we believe this business provides excellent growth opportunities. P-Modular has built and delivered garages to various locations in Indiana and surrounding states.

P-Modular, LLC has a Private Placement Memorandum in place for qualified private investors. We have some private investors now in place and will continue to except a limited number of new investors for a brief period.
