Comfort Motion Technologies, LLC is a dba of innovative Biomechanical Solutions, LLC, an Indiana-based company dedicated to improving lives through products that support enhanced ergonomic conditions. The Comfort Motion Technology (CMT) seat controller from DaVinci, LLC combines two forms of technology: biotechnology, more specifically biomechanical technology and electrical engineering technology. By merging these two areas of science, CMT is able to produce a seat controller for the automotive and trucking industry that will enhance the ergonomic value of the current seats in modern vehicles.

CMT integrates with existing functions of an electronically controlled multi-positional vehicle seat. The goal of this technology is to automate the transition between pre-set seat positions and postural support mechanisms during any driving period. The benefit of this technology is to reduce postural fatigue of the drivers’ musculoskeletal system including the neck, shoulders, arms, back, hips and legs. This technology has broad applications ranging from commercial vehicles to light trucks, SUVs and passenger cars.
