activities to ensure the

company’s financial structure,
maximize profits and long-range
growth.
Prior to
becoming CEO, Don was Vice
President and Board member of
the Companies in addition to his
duties as Vice President. He
directed the Legislative
activities for Farm Bureau and
its affiliated Companies where
he presented Farm Bureau
policies and concerns to the
Congress with contacts including
the White House, U.S. Department
of Agriculture, State
Department, Department of
Commerce, Department of
Transportation, Department of
Labor, Food & Drug
Administration and Foreign
Embassies.
Don has
