The Whale Hunting Process™ is a unique and powerful method of business growth expressed through the metaphor of the centuries-old Inuit whale hunt. A whale is an account ten to twenty times the size of your current average account. You will hear the Whale Hunting story and how it relates to the growth of modern businesses. You will understand the phases of Scouting (understanding and finding your new big customers), Hunting (defining and managing your sales process), and Harvesting (delivering to delight and celebrate your whale customer) and assess how they are working in your company. You will learn how to determine your target filter, populate your whale chart, and identify whale signs to watch before you launch your boat! Finally, understand how you scare whales and how to alleviate their fears, and begin to develop a whale hunting process based on what you disclose and what you discover at each step.
