Annual employee performance reviews are often conducted at the beginning of each year. This seminar will teach you the basic concepts of a performance management system and the means needed for building and implementing a performance strategy within your organization. Learn how to set performance expectations, monitor progress, measure results, and improve employee performance. This understanding empowers you to translate your strategy into actions that can be measured and monitored throughout your organization.

As a Senior Manager for several years in the financial arena with small businesses and Fortune 500 companies including McDonald Investments/KeyCorp and Merrill Lynch, Lisa was dedicated to and focused on coaching, managing, recruiting and developing team members and candidates. As a respected collegue and manager, Lisa utilitzed a core set of tools and principles to develop strong teams that generated results, respect and cohesivness. Whether conducting workshops in a seminar setting or working with individual teams within corporations, non-profits, government agencies or communitiy groups – Lisa’s mission is to provide an open forum for communication and sharing of best practices while providing solid tools and techniques delivered with humor, passion and enthusiasm.
