Soveryn, Inc. Expands to Flagship Enterprise Center

Anderson, Ind. — Software developers Soveryn, Inc. have relocated their offices to the Flagship Enterprise Center in Anderson, Indiana. Soveryn is establishing itself as a prevalent name in eCommerce software solutions, as well as custom development of high-end web applications and viral marketing tools.

Soveryn, Inc. was created in 2005 by CEO Mike Kersey. Operating out of the Muncie area, the company has built up a clientele of retailers from across the country by offering software services that provide innovative eCommerce opportunities. The company’s main eCommerce solution, Unified Marketplace, allows clients to sell and support their product via website, phone, catalog, and mail simultaneously. “Our services can be customized from the ground up,” says Kersey, “so we are able to meet the needs of nearly any retailer.”

In addition to eCommerce solutions, Soveryn also works with clients to develop custom-tailored high-end web applications. Kersey explains that these applications open up a wide range of possibilities for a variety of companies. “We recently created a brokerage system for a freight company,” Kersey says, “that integrated accounting, scheduling, and payment processing and allowed for multiple parties to place bids on shipping jobs.” Kersey continues, “That is really just a small example of the capabilities we have.”

The company is also using this expertise to enter the field of viral marketing through social networking tools like Facebook and Twitter. “We are building applications that let companies work through these viral marketing outlets while still utilizing their current payment systems,” Kersey explains. “Soveryn is starting to take advantage of the first true viral and social marketing tools that really amount to something. The design market is starting to consolidate, and we want to be in the right spot when it does.”

Soveryn began operations out of the Flagship in early July. According to Kersey, the location change has been a wise decision. “This area is perfect,” he says. “You can pull in students and graduates from Muncie and Anderson and also have access to the Indianapolis talent pool. I don’t see a reason to ever move.”

Soveryn solutions are marketed under the Unified Marketplace brand. For more information, visit www.unifiedmarketplace.com or contact Mike Kersey at mike.kersey@unifiedmarketplace.com.
